  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, support daily IT operations, and ensure smooth system functionality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection strategies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and system upgrades.
  • Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Support cloud-based applications and services.
  • Conduct IT training sessions for employees as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and cloud services.
  • Experience with IT security measures, firewalls, and antivirus software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or CompTIA A+.
  • Experience with ERP systems, database management, or IT project management.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
