[salon]718 is looking for a Remote Call Centre Agent to assist our Guest Services team.

This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours/week paid at USD $10-12/hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all guests calling & emailing the salon. This person has excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills. They will also have experience working at a Hair or Beauty salon.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest services – answering calls and booking guests in for appointments, cancelling/rescheduling appointment as needed, responding to email requests for appointment bookings/changes to appointments, assisting with matching clients to their best Stylist
  • Online Reputation - assisting the GM with managing customer experience issues and responding to reviews online

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Hair or Beauty salon
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work 9 am - 7 pm Eastern Time on both Friday & Saturdays
  • Experience with Phorest Salon software or similiar program an asset
