We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst Intern to join our dynamic Finance team.

This is a 6-month internship that offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and general finance operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in finance, accounting, and business operations while contributing to meaningful projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Statutory Form Submission: Help prepare statutory form submissions for tax, indirect tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank, vendor, and customer statements and other financial accounts.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and record expenses, ensuring they are categorized correctly.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
• Ongoing Accounting Activities: Support ongoing day-to-day accounting activities and maintain month-end close checklists.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor Discrepancies: Monitor discrepancies in payments/invoices and address them promptly.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Skillset: You possess basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
