JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop, implement, and maintain the Food Safety Management Systems (i.e. HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 etc.).
  • To monitor quality control processes in accordance with food safety standards and company policies.
  • To conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for quality-related improvements.
  • To liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies for food safety audits, certifications, and inspections.
  • To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • To conduct training for production staffs on quality assurance policies, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
  • To collaborate with production teams to improve product quality.
  • To maintain records of quality control tests, audits, and certifications for documentation and compliance purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, Life Science or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance role in a Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal Certification, and local Food Safety regulations.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits for quality systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to work cross-functionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
