Consular Executive (Embassy) - City Square #RM4000

JOB DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS OF CONSULAR EXECUTIVE
· Assist HBS on handling consular cases, especially in terms of liaising with local authorities
· Respond for consular-related enquiries (walk-in, telephone and/or email) received by Mission
· Handle, monitor and track all Singapore Immigration Checkpoint Authority (ICA) related applications handled by Mission
· Assist HBS on rendering notarial services
· Account for daily revenue collected before handing over for HBS’ safekeeping or bank-in
· Ensure that Mission’s list of prisoners is updated. Organise and conduct regular prison visits
· Maintain consular, visa and notarial service-related statistics
· Develop and maintain Mission’s list of regional consular contacts with Johor ground agencies (like Immigration checkpoints, hospitals, police stations, medical service providers etc)
· Assist in visa issues. Work closely with and liaise with Mission’s Appointed Visa Agents (AVAs), including through scheduled audits of the AVAs
· Answer and reply to general phone enquiries or direct calls to the relevant HBS/LRS
· Assist HBS to facilitate clearances at the CIQs
· Perform any other administrative duties as directed
· Cover duties for other LRS
REQUIREMENT
· SPM with 8 years’ experience or Diploma with 5 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree
· Mature with good interpersonal skills
· Able to work overtime on late nights, weekends and public holidays (including Hari Raya)
· Able to travel for work
· Good customer service skills and experience
· Possess a driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
