  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description: A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. The operator must be familiar with the use of cutting tools, material handling, and computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work-pieces.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Select and install cutting tools, such as drill bits, end mills, and turning inserts.
  • Program CNC machines with the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect faults or deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate production records and provide input for process improvements.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and programming languages.
  • Familiarity with cutting tools and material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
