Serai Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin Intern to support our administrative team. This internship provides hands-on experience in office administration, documentation, and government-related registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document organization, and filing.
- Handle government-related registrations and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies and authorities for company-related matters.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement-related tasks.
- Assist in email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Support office operations and administrative projects.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel for government-related registrations and external tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
