  • To assist in general administrative works.
  • Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members
  • Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
  • Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
  • Arrange interview schedule.
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and whatever confidential information received and/or have knowledge of.
  • Create and update attendace staff records and databases with personnel, and other data.
  • Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures including data entry.
  • Assist colleagues by carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Early shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
