- Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members
- Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
- Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
- Arrange interview schedule.
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of documents and whatever confidential information received and/or have knowledge of.
- Create and update attendace staff records and databases with personnel, and other data.
- Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures including data entry.
- Assist colleagues by carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
