Job Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Schedule Management:Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 日程管理:安排会议、预约及出差行程。

2. Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. 沟通协调:代表主管处理邮件、电话及其他事务。

3. Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and important documents. 文档处理:准备报告、演示文稿及各类文件。

4. Office Maintenance: Ensure office supplies are stocked and everything is wellorganized. 办公管理:维护办公用品库存,确保环境整洁有序。

5. Coordination: Liaise with other departments and external partners for smooth operations. 团队协作:与其他部门及外部合作方协调沟通,确保工作顺利进行。

6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion. 敏感信息处理:确保所有文件及信息的安全。

7. Personal Assistance: Assist the executive with personal errands as needed. 个人事务支持:为主管完成必要的个人事务。

Job requirements职位要求:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 1-3年相关经验,熟练掌握Microsoft Office。

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 优秀的组织能力与多任务处理能力。
