Job Description:

  • To manage and organize company administrative works and internal office matters.
  • Day to day admin task. example : Issue Invoice, DO and any related task.
  • To attend customer’s calls and enquiries
  • Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record.
  • Any ad hoc job as required.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9.00am – 6.00pm | Saturday : 9.00am – 1.00 p.m

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is added advantage.
  • Previous relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
  • Present personality and able to interact with people at all levels.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
