Human Resource Officer (Food and Beverage)

Job duties:

  • Recruitment: Post Job Advertisements, Screen Resumes, arrange and conduct interviews,
  • Prepare offer letter, negotiate and follow up with candidates, onboarding on new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts.
  • Issue letters: e.g warning letters, memos, salary increment letter, confirmation letters
  • Performance Review
  • Work pass/employment pass applications (Singapore)
  • Motivation & Grievance Management
  • Payroll
  • Exit Interview
  • To consistently ensure employment contract, offer letter, employee handbook, performance review forms are up-to-date and relevant. To improve and fine tune these forms whenever necessary.
  • Employee Leave & Claim Management
  • Calculation of monthly overtime
  • Monitor employee attendance on daily basis (working day)
  • Manpower costing report
  • Arrangement of Training/Course

Job Requirement:

  • Min 3 -5 years on hand experience
  • Can start working immediately or in short notice
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Possess positive mindset and thinking
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Fluent in Mandarin is advantage
  • Experience handling Singapore Work pass/employment pass applications is bonus

Work location is in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
