  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Conduct FULL Set Account
  • Analyse budgets and create expense reports
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closures
  • To manage and prepare the monthly cash flow analysis and treasury matters
  • To manage the costing and financial performance for the projects
  • To provide accurate and updated KPI indicator to department
  • Responsible for a full set of accounts and tax computation for the group and ensure timely submission of statutory reporting, filling, or submission to relevant authorities.
  • To review all the financial statements and ensure accuracy of data prior to reporting to management
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Statement Generation
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Prepare Monthly Payment
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities and expenses)
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Prepare document for audit

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance. Candidates with professional qualifications (i.e. ACCA, CPA, MIA etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience. Having experience in the retail or F&B industry will be an added advantage.
  • Well versed of MFRS Accounting Standards and Malaysia Taxation requirements.
  • High level of integrity, data analytical skills, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
