  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle for the group.
  • Initiate and manage recruitment drives.
  • Address employee concerns and guide HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
  • Participate in the full spectrum of the payroll process. Ensure payroll processes are in compliance to the statutory requirement and submission datelines are in practice.
  • Responsible for selection, recruitment, staff performance, and termination of employees.
  • Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
  • Assist Employee Attendance record and Leave application.
  • Update the organization chart as required.
  • Manage all related foreign workers' working permit applications and renewals.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
  • Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered by the terms and conditions of employment and assist in HRDF, CIDB training application and payment to the relevant party.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in performing the task given.
  • Prepare various HR and Operations reports for inter-department submission.
  • Ensure employee follows all company policies and standards.
  • Provide administration and ad hoc support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
