Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Overall efficiency in food production and general cleaning of kitchens, equipment and utensils.
  • To lead, motivate and initiate where necessary with operations and team.
  • To be financially viable and create new menu items that reflects innovation.
  • To be proactive with menu creation, recommendation and analysis.
  • Maintains a good knowledge of industry trends and changes.
  • Sourcing of quality ingredients at competitive rates to maintains food costs.
  • Compiles and ensures hygiene policies are strictly adhered to a daily basis.
  • Equally able in administration and is an independent leader.

Job Requirements:

  • 6 working days/week (including weekend and public holiday)
  • Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge, Experience in Western Cuisine will be added advantage
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Able to work under pressure during peak period
  • Leadership & management
  • Able to accept working place where is Wine served
