Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Overall efficiency in food production and general cleaning of kitchens, equipment and utensils.
- To lead, motivate and initiate where necessary with operations and team.
- To be financially viable and create new menu items that reflects innovation.
- To be proactive with menu creation, recommendation and analysis.
- Maintains a good knowledge of industry trends and changes.
- Sourcing of quality ingredients at competitive rates to maintains food costs.
- Compiles and ensures hygiene policies are strictly adhered to a daily basis.
- Equally able in administration and is an independent leader.
Job Requirements:
- 6 working days/week (including weekend and public holiday)
- Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge, Experience in Western Cuisine will be added advantage
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Able to work under pressure during peak period
- Leadership & management
- Able to accept working place where is Wine served
