Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the shoot flow for each project.
- Coordinate pre-shoot meetings, if required, to align expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate shoot dates with in-house designers and the production team (video and content teams).
- Perform basic styling of interior spaces before shoots using available items.
- Execute high-quality interior photography and post-process images using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Oversee the quality of remote editors' work, providing necessary feedback and improvements.
- Manage and track editor and photography team KPIs to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Regularly update shoot statuses and progress on ClickUp.
- Handle additional photography tasks such as in-house portraits, event shoots, and external client projects.
- Be available for work beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in interior photography with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform basic styling to enhance interior shots.
- Experience managing remote editors and ensuring quality control.
- Ability to multitask and handle miscellaneous photography assignments.
- Comfortable working outside regular office hours when needed, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
