  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Assisting the Project Manager in all matters pertaining but not limited to Technical Work, Construction Management, Quality Control, Schedule Management, Budget Control, Client / Consultant / Subcon / Supplier Management, Contract Administration.
  • Determine and define scope of work and deliverables to successfully complete the project on time, within budget and within the expected quality.
  • Plan and organize resources (eg: labour, materials, equipments, etc.) needed to complete the project.
  • To liaise with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
  • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Manage costs in order to perform below the allocated budget.
  • Provide contractual leadership over contracts and subcontracts.
  • Ability to write letters to client / consultant / subcontractors / suppliers over issues to protect the company's interest.
  • To ensure project is completed with excellent quality control to achieve commendable quality.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction, Construction management, Civil Enginering.
  • 5-7 years of Construction project management experience.
  • Excellent ability to read, understand and execute required works in the Construction Drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and any other general computer software.
  • Good understanding of Contract Administration.
  • Ability to budget, schedule, coordinate, negotiate and control costs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
