- Enter financial data into accounting systems and maintain accurate records of transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors and resolving discrepancies as needed. Assist in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
- Track and report on staff claim and assist in managing expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist the finance department with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, organizing financial documents, and maintaining electronic records.
- Perform daily or weekly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
