
Ground Activation Executive
Execute offline marketing activities, including school fairs, open houses, career expos, and community outreach events.
Assist in setting up and managing on-ground activations to promote the institution’s programs.
Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of activities. Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and merchandise at targeted locations.
Engage with students, parents, and key stakeholders to provide information and answer inquiries about the institution.
Support the collection of leads and student inquiries during activations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ground activities, providing feedback and insights for improvement.
Ensure branding guidelines and messaging consistency across all offline activities.
Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to facilitate future collaborations.
Assist the Ground Activation Manager in logistical planning and execution of campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
