
Ground Activation Manager
Develop and implement ground activation strategies to drive awareness and student recruitment.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as school fairs, open houses, career fairs, community outreach programs, and other promotional activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Manage a team of field representatives or brand ambassadors to ensure effective execution of activation campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of ground activation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align outreach efforts with overall enrollment goals. Identify potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities to expand reach and impact. Ensure all marketing materials, messaging, and presentations are consistent with the institution’s branding and values.
Manage the budget for ground activation activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high return on investment.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for engagement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
