JOB PURPOSE

  • Manage and control the Secondary Repackaging - Planning Section which encompasses supply & demand planning for all secondary repackaging’s production orders and packaging materials in order to ensure operational efficiencies, effectiveness as well as demand of our clients and key performance targets (KPI) are achieved; in line with set budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fosters close working relationships with the management and operations team of inter-departments to achieve operation’s goals and targets.
  • Maintain close working relationship with clients and regulatory agencies to achieve service KPI targets and quality requirements
  • Manages and monitors planning and packaging material teams to ensure the staffs meet the production plans, delivery targets, and comply with secondary repackaging procedures
  • Drive the packaging material team issues the packaging material correctly according to the SOP to meet production schedule and delivery.
  • Coach there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and principals.
  • Review monthly clients’ and contractors’ billing report are submitted on time and accurate to finance department.
  • Lead the planning and packaging material operations are compliances to ISO, GDP, GDSP and cGMP requirements. Promotes a safe and healthy work environment with good 5S standard at workplace within the facility
  • Coach process and productivity improvement projects are carried out on time and report to superiors on the progress and results.
  • Manage the Quality Control personnel in-charge in Secondary Repackaging to ensure that roles and responsibilities of the Quality Control personnel is carried out diligently in compliance with Clients, Regulatory, GxP requirements and other international standards.
  • Manage the Quality Control personnel and oversee the planning of daily work tasks according to priority for Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Production Management / Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management
  • 5 years of working experiences in MNC/ FMCG
  • Knowledge in planning & production processes
  • Knowledge on cGMP,GDP,GSDP and ISO 9001 requirements
