Probe Engineer
WAFER PROBE PROCESS ENGINEER
- Establish and optimize the wafer probe process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Perform probe and tester maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
- Conduct shop floor training for probe process operations to enhance team competency.
- Develop and maintain probe process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To carry out projects in the range of semi-automation to the range of full automation.
2. To find solution in shortening the cycle time of existing burn-in process.
3. To reduce burn-in costs by implementing cost improvement projects.
4. To improve productivity by introducing an effective burn-in sequence.
5. To maintain quality process of burn-in.
6. To monitor the computerised B/I system and ensure that the system is in good functioning condition.
7. To liaise with various departments on solving line and process issues.
8. To perform all other reasonable jobs that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in electronics / electrical engineering or related certificates
· Minimum 1 year experience in Semi-conductor manufacturing
· Preferred working experience in Probe Process / Probe Card Repair / Prober Maintenance
· Experience in Wafer Probe process or maintenance is an additional advantage
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and familiar with analytics tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
