  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team to manage a mall and responsible for day-to-day mall operations, including property management, tenant management, customer service, facilities maintenance, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily mall operations to ensure facilitating good environment for customers.
  • Plan the mall operational strategies and ensure the mall objectives are met and maintained through maximizing tenant occupancy, revenue, attracting shoppers and building the reputation of the mall.
  • Ensure the mall is operating in compliance with all authorities’ regulations, and/or with health and safety rules.
  • Conduct mall budgeting and financial activities & negotiate contracts for cost-effective operations.
  • Evaluate mall performance and provide strategic insight and recommendations to the Management.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates background in a leadership position, ideally within mall environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
