
HoReCA Corporate Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Corporate Sales Executive to focus on promoting and selling Ooni Pizza Makers to the foodservice industry. As the Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in the HoReCa sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience within the foodservice industry, a passion for high-quality kitchen equipment, and a deep understanding of the Ooni brand and its unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of Ooni Pizza Makers to restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other businesses within the HoReCa sector.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and approach new business prospects, cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities for Ooni products within the HoReCa industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate potential clients on the benefits and usage of Ooni Pizza Makers.
- Attend industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and establish new business contacts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure product availability, promotional campaigns, and customer needs are met.
- Track sales progress, monitor market trends, and provide regular reports and feedback to management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) industry or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice market and customer needs, especially related to kitchen equipment and cooking solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- A passion for pizza and culinary excellence, with a keen interest in the Ooni brand and its products.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with B2B sales and a track record of success in securing large corporate accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- A network of industry contacts within the HoReCa sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit prospects.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.
