  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

We're seeking a driven Sales Manager Assistant to support our sales operations. You'll develop sales strategies, handle customer service, and oversee team tasks. In the sales manager's absence, you'll be responsible for team delegation and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support leads generation through events, calling, and scheduling trial classes
  • Manage customer inquiries and confirmations for trial classes
  • Track customer interactions and address objections/concerns
  • Meet individual and team targets for calling and scheduling
  • Develop sales opportunities through customer research
  • Provide product information and overcome customer objections
  • Assist during trial classes and customer presentations
  • Create daily activity reports for management
  • Travel to Penang monthly and visit other KL branches as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of team management experience (2-3 staff)
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in G Suite Apps
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)
  • Willingness to travel to Penang and other branches
