Front of House (Waiter/Waitress)
Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist with menu selections, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
Order Management: Take customer orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
Food and Beverage Presentation: Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure they are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner, adhering to our quality standards.
Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Monitor and manage table turnover during peak hours.
Cash Handling: Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain a balanced cash register at all times.
Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and other front of house team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow. Communicate customer feedback and special requests to the kitchen staff.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and tidy front of house area, including the counter, service stations, and restroom. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu items, ingredients, and daily specials. Be prepared to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
