
Personal Assistant
1. Provide full spectrum of personal assistance, support personal matters including appointment management, personal purchase and payment .
2. Manage the booking of resources and handling of travel arrangements including visa applications, flight tickets & accommodation.
3. Traveling with Director for business trip.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence communication for internal and external parties.
5. Show up in different social meetings with director.
6. Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
7. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
8. Help with daily time management.
9. Run errands as requested.
10. Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
11. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
12. Preparing speech- text on behalf of a director.
13. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
14. Decide director's outfit for events.
15. Pay director's house bills and utilities.
16. Various ad hoc requests.
17. Willing to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
