- Administrative and clerical tasks
- Update invoice company weekly
- Preparing quotation, billing and invoicing
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital files, ensuring information is easy to retrieve.
- Enter and update data into company systems or databases.
- Prepare and process necessary documents, forms, or reports as required.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM/certificate/diploma holder
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
