Main job description

  • Administrative and clerical tasks
  • Update invoice company weekly
  • Preparing quotation, billing and invoicing
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital files, ensuring information is easy to retrieve.
  • Enter and update data into company systems or databases.
  • Prepare and process necessary documents, forms, or reports as required.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM/certificate/diploma holder
  • Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh Graduate.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application.

Working hours: Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
