About the job
The Head of IT Global Common Operations at Nexperia will oversee the standardization and optimization of IT operations across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring consistent and efficient IT processes, systems, and practices that support the company's digital transformation initiatives. The position reports directly to the Head of Digitalization.
What will you be doing?
  • Develop and implement strategies for IT global common operations to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Standardize and optimize IT processes, systems, and practices across all regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digitalization to align IT operations with digital transformation goals and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for implementing and maintaining standardized IT processes and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze IT operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT standards and regulations in all operational activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT global operations function.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional and functional leaders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT operations and digital transformation.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 10+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on global operations and standardization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT process optimization, systems integration, and operational excellence.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of global IT standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT operations.
