Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Attendance & Leave Management: Ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance and timely processing of leave applications.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential employee data and information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
- Project and Task Management: Organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient task completion and meeting deadlines.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll computations to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
- Employee Database Maintenance: Keep employee records up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- HR Operations: Prepare HR documentation, including appointment letters, transfer letters, confirmation letters, promotions, and resignation acceptance.
- General Office Administration: Oversee and maintain the smooth functioning of office administration and maintenance-related tasks.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues proactively, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving employee-related issues.
- Proactive approach to HR functions and company operations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ Years of Experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR functions.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels, including peers, line managers, senior staff, and academics.
- Proficient in Full-Cycle Recruitment from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
