  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol the mall premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and provide assistance to visitors as needed.
  • Conduct routine checks of entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure security measures are in place.
  • Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches and follow established emergency procedures.
  • Enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Provide assistance to mall visitors, offering directions and ensuring their safety.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine security checks on CCTV cameras.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activity in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during emergencies or investigations.
  • Assist with crowd control during busy shopping seasons, events, or emergencies.
  • Conduct bag checks, metal detector screening, or other safety measures as required.
  • Maintain communication with mall management and provide security updates as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff, and visitors.
  • Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand, patrol, and manage security equipment for long periods.
  • Valid security guard license or certification (if required by local regulations).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
