  • Ensure accounting documents is in order before pass to outsource accountant
  • Assist in accounting queries from auditor and outsource accountant
  • Prepare payment voucher
  • Handle staff claims
  • Handle sales order
  • Place orders with supplier and follow up
  • Issue system sales invoice
  • Update and manage appointment calendar
  • Arrange installation schedule
  • Co-ordinate with customers on installation date and time
  • Prepare quotation
  • Update sales master file
  • Collect payment from customers
  • Assist in other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year of the related working experience
  • Have own transport
  • Good communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 03/31/2025
