- Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure accounting documents is in order before pass to outsource accountant
- Assist in accounting queries from auditor and outsource accountant
- Prepare payment voucher
- Handle staff claims
- Handle sales order
- Place orders with supplier and follow up
- Issue system sales invoice
- Update and manage appointment calendar
- Arrange installation schedule
- Co-ordinate with customers on installation date and time
- Prepare quotation
- Update sales master file
- Collect payment from customers
- Assist in other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of the related working experience
- Have own transport
- Good communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
