- Manage and expand assigned customer accounts, acquiring new business to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and implement customer strategies, including product and service requirements.
- Evaluate and coordinate new or change requests, from feasibility to end-of-life.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize proposals and contracts, including terms and conditions.
- Monitor pricing, material surcharges, and accounts receivable in coordination with Finance.
- Conduct (annual) pricing negotiations and provide regular sales and revenue reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial customer matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement.
- Manage customer communication and maintain customer platforms.
- Represent customer interests within the company to ensure alignment with their requirements.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
