Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operation matters, such as planning, managing calendar, meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
  • To handle of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director and/or family members of the Directors.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • To assist Director for daily office activities and operations.
  • To receive, direct, and relay the telephone, fax, messages, and email.
  • Filter general information, inquiries, phone calls, invitations, and incoming emails and prepare correspondence such as emails, letters, and official documents, often acting on behalf of the Director.
  • To follow-ups and timely resolution of outstanding matters.
  • To prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Secretary or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills with attention to details.
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Strong management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
