Responsibilities
- Assist in resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Update recruitment system and follow up with candidates.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding procedures.
- Support and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in verifying staff benefits utilization.
- Provide support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Help draft HR circulars, letters, and liaise with government bodies on employee-related matters.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and improving staff experiences within budget constraints.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with HR practices and principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- Proactive and eager to learn, able to adapt and willing to take on new tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
