Responsibilities:

  • Act as developer representative during joint management period
  • Handling common area defect
  • Coordinate a team for maintenance
  • Assist in handover process to JMB and MC
  • Assist in handling purchaser during their delivery of vacant possession
  • Assist in manage and keeping customer record
  • Providing customer feedback to relevant departments
  • Assist in resolve issues from owner’s review
  • Follow up and keep the customer update on their ratification progress.
  • Answer, screen and forward telephone calls, providing Company general information such as location of office, and taking messages.
  • Greet visitors, find out the nature and purpose of visit, direct them to specific waiting area and inform the relevant staff of the arrival of visitors.
  • Receive incoming mails, record and distribute to the respective departments.
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
  • Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Property Management or equivalent from reputable universities
  • Min 1 year of experience in Administration
  • Experience in handling purchasers feedbacks
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Pleasant personality and customer focused
  • Computer literate
  • Applicant must be willing to work in M Oscar, Sri Petaling
  • Able to work 5.5 days

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
