Customer Service Representative – Job Description Responsibilities:
- Answer Customer Questions:
- Provide information about products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Handle Complaints and Solve Problems:
- Listen to customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Offer solutions based on company policies.
- Process Orders and Transactions:
- Help customers with orders, payments, shipping, and returns.
- Check order status and provide updates.
- Maintain Customer Records and Reports:
- Record customer interactions in a system
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and common issues.
- Work with Other Teams:
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure good service.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Good communication skills, patience, and friendliness.
- Able to handle complaints professionally.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software
