Customer Service Representative – Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Answer Customer Questions:
  • Provide information about products or services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Handle Complaints and Solve Problems:
  • Listen to customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Offer solutions based on company policies.
  • Process Orders and Transactions:
  • Help customers with orders, payments, shipping, and returns.
  • Check order status and provide updates.
  • Maintain Customer Records and Reports:
  • Record customer interactions in a system
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and common issues.
  • Work with Other Teams:
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure good service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, patience, and friendliness.
  • Able to handle complaints professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
