POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Lead the development and project manage the overall TBS Project in ensuring a smooth delivery, ready and fully operational new TBS whilst ensuring the MAHB’s image in managing the critical and highly public project is upheld at all times.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s plans for TBS ORBT
• Plan for the key activities for TBS ORBT, each main steps, key milestones, matrices and schedules.
• Ensure set controls are in place on the financial aspects for TBS ORBT in operating within the set budgets, and all are properly tracked and follow the set governance/ approvals.
• Negotiate for contracts, terms for best and maximised value on behalf ofUTW with regards to TBS ORBT matters and ensure all formalities, legalities, proper governance and the Company’s interest are always protected.
• Ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to the Board to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments.
• Act as the key representative for UTW on TBS ORBT matters in dealings with APAD, MoT, UKAS and government agencies; upholding a good image for UTW and MAHB group at all times.
• Ensure a complete handover readiness for the operational team of TBS spanning across readiness of set policies and processes, resources , documentations, required certifications/ governing laws and relevant operation manuals.
• Manage Public Relations and to represent the Company on TBS ORBT matters before governmental, judicial, administrative and other authorities, arbitration bodies and all individuals, committees, establishments and relevant bodies.
• Lead and drive the project execution activities to ensure the company fulfills all contractual project obligations, deliverables and set milestones.
• Ensure that the project resources are adequate and all foreseeable requirements are addressed.
• Ensure all the business processes are in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Limit of Authority.
• Ensure that the team are well informed on deliverables, timelines, equipped with the right skill sets, motivated and are able to deliver the project milestones.

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 with minimum 10 years relevant experience in Management role.

Education

External

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Unique Requirement

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
