Role Purpose

To prepare and implement crew manpower resources plan as to support the Company’s business plan and schedules implementation in accordance with Flight Operation's objective.

Key Accountibility

To plan and monitor short and long term manpower planning for pilots and cabin crew based on the Company’s Business Plan and 5 years planning.
To produce and publish leave slots for pilots and cabin crew, as to ensure a high percentage of leave clearance.
To ensure tight control over monetary and crew resource budgets under specific crew variable allowance elements.
To liaise with Flight Ops Training & Standard regarding crew training matters.
To ensure responsiveness to customer request and complaint.

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree in any field with at least 3 years working experience in airline operations and preferably a minimum of 02 years’ experience and knowledge in flight operations regulations, policies and procedures, crew planning and scheduling, Company’s terms and conditions
  • Diploma in any field with at least 5 years working experience in airline operations and preferably a minimum of 02 years’ experience and knowledge in flight operations regulations, policies and procedures, crew planning and scheduling, Company’s terms and conditions
  • SPM with at least 7 years working experience in airline operations and preferably a minimum of 02 years’ experience and knowledge in flight operations regulations, policies and procedures, crew planning and scheduling, Company’s terms and conditions

Skill & Knowledge

Good knowledge on regulatory requirement, flight operations policies and procedures, crew operating pattern and duty roster.
Good understanding of the departments policy and procedures.
Detailed understanding of the departments policy and procedures.
Good analytical, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative in dealing with crew issues and able to provide recommendations
