HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
- Supervise the operations of housekeeping department
- Ensuring rooms are well prepared.
- Conducting briefings every morning to the staff
- Helping staff if there are special requests from guests
- Ensuring the housekeeping store is clean and tidy.
- Assisting room attendants especially during high occupancy or staff are on leave.
- Report any damage in room to Facilities Management department.
- Manage the needs, purchases and orders of cleaning materials and related equipment
- Check stock amenities and order.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping department.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent teamwork
- Good knowledge and skills in operations
- Enthusiastic in learning.
- Detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility
- Have a good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preferably candidates who are able to join us immediately or within short notice.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
