We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration. Experience with Info-Tech HRMS System is a strong advantage!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and training programs.
  • Support HR compliance by keeping up with labor laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Oversee the use of Info-Tech HRMS System for attendance, payroll, and other HR operations (experience in this system is a bonus).

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software (Experience with Info-Tech HRMS is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
