  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, financial closing, and reporting.
  • Manage payments, billings, reconciliations, and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on finance, audit, tax, and banking matters.
  • Oversee administration, compliance, and documentation.
  • Support restaurant operations, licensing, and inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate JV partnerships, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Monitor business licenses, insurance, and lease agreements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • Experience in month-end closing, full set accounts, and compliance.
  • Proficient in Bukku system and knowledgeable in auditing & accounting standards.
  • Ability to monitor business indicators and provide reports to BOD.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a pleasant personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
