Job Responsibilities
- Receipt-related tasks, ensuring accurate recording and proper filing of documents
- Write off billed disbursement/fees and unbilled disbursements
- Perform reconciliation of accounts in timely manner
- Assist in creditor invoice posting
- Disbursement voucher checking
- Trust balance monitoring
- File management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/ or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes
- Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
- A good team player
