Job Responsibilities

  • Receipt-related tasks, ensuring accurate recording and proper filing of documents
  • Write off billed disbursement/fees and unbilled disbursements
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts in timely manner
  • Assist in creditor invoice posting
  • Disbursement voucher checking
  • Trust balance monitoring
  • File management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/ or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes
  • Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • A good team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
