Intern Admin Job Scope
1. General Administrative Support
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Help maintain office supplies inventory and record procurement details.
- Assist in handling visitor reception, answering phone calls, and forwarding emails.
2. Document & Record Management
- Assist in organizing and archiving company documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help maintain employee attendance records and leave applications.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other documentation.
3. Finance & Procurement Support
- Assist in managing invoices, receipts, and reimbursement documents.
- Help track supplier payments and organize procurement records.
4. Human Resource Support
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize employee records and related administrative documents.
- Support the coordination of staff activities and training sessions.
5. Meeting & Schedule Management
- Assist in arranging meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Help manage company schedules, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
6. Other Administrative Tasks
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide necessary support to ensure smooth office operations.
