Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong passion for renewable energy. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships in Malaysia's industrial, commercial, and residential markets, including corporate partners, government agencies, and referral programs.
You will manage high-level partnerships, lead negotiations, and close deals to support our business growth. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance and expand the referral program, driving increased customer acquisition and retention in the solar industry.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives aimed at accelerating business growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, generating regular reports and actionable insights for senior management to optimize strategy and resource allocation.
- Utilize feedback and performance metrics to continually refine and enhance the effectiveness of the referral program and other business development efforts.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporations, government agencies, and industry associations, to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch presentations tailored to potential partners, showcasing our unique value propositions and fostering productive dialogue at executive levels.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with growth objectives, ensuring measurable progress against defined metrics and milestones.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities within the solar energy sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, establish thought leadership, and forge valuable connections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
