Job Description
Responsible for identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers for an organization's goods and services. This role involves strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contract and ensuring that procurement activities align with organizational goals.
Comply with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO22301:2019, ISO13485:2016.
Purchase supply of products/materials; Determine the lowest cost for products/materials; Track and record orders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time and other relevant criteria.
- Develop and maintain a supplier database.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets and expenditures.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Proficiency in analytical and managing suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of costing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with BOM material quotes request and negotiation.
- Product Knowledge of relevant field added values.
