Role Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join us as a Management Trainee Intern. This role is your ticket to hands-on experience and skill development across key business areas like Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Administration. We're seeking someone eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about diving into the world of business management.
In this role you will:
Inside Sales:
- Shadowing sales representatives to learn about the sales process, customer interactions, and strategies for achieving sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Responding to customer inquiries via Hubspot, phone, and email.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operations:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of operational processes and procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
Procurement:
- Supporting procurement managers or executives in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of procurement documentation and records
Administration:
- Providing administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Assisting in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinating office activities or events and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM600.00 per month
