Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored to the semiconductor fab market, focusing on securing partnerships with top-tier fabs and suppliers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, including advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technologies, customer pain points, and competitor activities, to proactively capture opportunities.

Business Development and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the technical and operational needs of clients to offer tailored solutions that maximize value.

Negotiation and Deal Closing

  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring optimal profitability while addressing customer requirements.
  • Develop innovative pricing and service models to secure long-term commitments from key accounts.

Revenue Optimization and Profitability

  • Focus on high-margin opportunities, strategically prioritizing accounts and regions with the greatest potential for growth.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for advanced manufacturing solutions, automation systems, and related services.

Market Intelligence and Insights

  • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams (e.g., R&D, product development) to ensure solutions align with market demands.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team with deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Establish clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and drive accountability to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). A background in electronics or semiconductors is highly advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the semiconductor fab or related high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing major deals in the semiconductor space.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, automation systems (e.g., AMHS), and equipment sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong network within the semiconductor industry.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
