Assist Engineering Manager - Plastic Injection- (Cheras)
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
4.1 Planning and coordinating manufacturing processes with technical support.
4.2 Designing efficient manufacturing flows to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
4.3 Enhancing manufacturing methods to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase yield.
4.3 Assist in allocating resources, including manpower, tools,equipment, spare parts
inventory to support maintenance activity.
4.4 Analyzing workforce and space requirements to optimize workflow and identify on production process through lean automation activity.
4.5 Maintaining and improving equipment efficiency and capacity.
4.6 Lead and encourage the team to understand company's directions and be able to achieve results.
4.7 Participating in the early stages of new product introductions to prepare for mass production.
4.8 Collaborate with external vendors and contractor for specialized repair, parts
sourcing and technical support to ensure assigned task/projects achieved effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
4.9 Good technical and troubleshooting skill and able to provide training to subordinate
4.10 Track and manage maintenance KPIS
4.11 Design and installation of machinery and technology in the factory.
4.12 To maintain all the ISO related documents and the requirements.
4.13 To perform other duties assigned by management.
AUTHORITY
5.1 Modify machinery.
5.2 Machine control system wiring, training and spare part ordering.
5.3 Plant renovation and upgrading.
5.4 Overtime work arrangement and control.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
6.1 Preferably with a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
TRAINING & SKILL
7.1 Basic Injection molding knowledge.
7.2 Trouble shooting skill for machines.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
