Telesales Executive
Primary Objective
- Responsible for initiating outbound sales to achieve sales target given
Sales Management
- To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
- Ensure all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
- Ensure conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets
Service Management
- Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customers profile (CRM)
- Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team (related to Sales Opportunity)
- Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
