  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely delivery of tools, consumables and equipment to the yard.

2. Ensure equipment are available as per project schedule, avoiding delays.

3. Verify that equipment meets required quality standards and specifications.

4. Prepare Material Requisitions Form (MRF) for required materials based on the project’s needs.

5. Oversee the safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials within the yard and request transportation to deliver equipment in the logistic WhatsApp group.

6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.

7. Monitor and maintain proper material stacking, labelling, and segregation of equipment and consumables to avoid damage and loss.

8. Oversee the day-to-day operations within the yard to ensure the proper execution of the project’s work scope.

9. Coordinate with project engineers, general supervisors, and other team members to ensure engineering work in the yard progresses according to the project schedule.

10. Identify, assess, and resolve project issues within the yard related to engineering, procurement, or logistics.

11. Assist in the development of project schedules, track progress, and ensure the timely completion of work in the yard.

12. Regularly update OSS managers and General Manager on the status of equipment availability, logistics, and project progress.

13. Update daily work task technician for the progress at yard.

14. Responsible to update and register new equipment in the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
